play the video that you want in yourfilehost.....copy the URL from the url address bar.
Open the following website....
http://www.flashload.net/en/
Paste the url that you copied earlier into the blue box on the page and click the download button.
You can then save the video to your hard drive.
The only thing is.... it saves it in a FLV format.
That's it!!!
