Yes, those pics are from last years Boobs on Bikes Parade in Auckland New Zealand. It is an annual event organised by a local porn businessman to promote his brothels and movies. He was told but the council that is couldn't happen but they had to back down as there are no laws in NZ to stop it. The first parade attracted 25000 people.
