wow guys screen cap.
if you like the vid cap it for the poster even tho the poster is supposed to be capping. Im no admin but its only polite for all involved. It only takes a second and you can even do it in the download option. click browse to upload your vid. In the windows selection box right click on the vid and click play. when it opens click on file - thumbnails. it takes a second. then left click vid you want to upload. after that click on a new browse button and click on the thumbnails grid you just made.
