I'll see what I can do. The interview is detailed in Earl Wilson's book "Show Business Laid Bare," and if I remember correctly there was a photo taken to document the event, which was included in the book. I have the book somewhere in storage and I'll try to find it and make that portion of it available. It might take a little time though since I don't know exactly where it is...
On second thought, I may also try to buy it online somewhere, if anybody is carrying a used copy of it.
EDIT: actually never mind what I just wrote about trying to find it. I just bought it on Amazon so hopefully I'll have it by the end of the week.
