A good site for model biographies and a few lower resolution pics is

For some better resolution, and to search via shows/designers, go to
http://www.firstview.com/ (good site, but free pictures are normally limited to one season prior, or more - you have to pay to view new and/or old stuff).
For tons of models and pics of all type on a forum platform, go to

And finally, what they claim to be a member's only forum at
http://www.fashionspot.com/ (you can't post, or see pictures posted to their forum, and you can't join without an invite, but you can view and download images that have been posted using external hosts like imageshack. They have a ton of stuff here if you look around.
It's pretty easy to find specific models by searching their name via google; if they are even moderately known, the above sites usually come up and give a link to that models page within them.
