Been there
That bar is th Willy T just off of Norman Island in the BVI's. Been there many times. It is an old pirate ship that has been converted into a bar/restaurant and floats out in the bay. The main level is the bar, and then you can go up to the top deck where you can jump off naked into the Caribbean. Afternoons get more than interesting on the boat - these type of pics are a daily event.
