Love the pics of HFStevial
The stadium pics are from a summer concert called HFStevial in washington DC. 99.1 in Washington DC used to have a huge summer concert where tons of chicks flashed. Also the attendees of this concert generally are college age, but often closer to freshman year.
If someone was to search they could probably find a lot more pics from this concert. I have seen some pics and vids floating around.
Unfortunetly, 99.1 was recently taken off the air to make room for a spanish pop station. It was a sad day for me.
