You have no evidence of this. He could have reposted them from any one of thousands of other sites where they might have been wrongly reposted. And it probably wasn't wise to point out publicly which ones you claim are yours, unless you intended to make sure that someone else is tempted to repost them all over. Good luck getting the ink back out of the pool.
