The second pic is from last years San Francisco WNBR. I don't know where the first pic is from.
I remember seeing/posting a NIP series where a girl is dared to walk across campus naked. It was pretty cool and looked like what you are talking about. Also, there were the Texas college students who went naked as part of some experiment. There are pics of that at OCC.
