I saw it years ago. Very cute, although it didn't actually show anything. (I think it was rated PG.)
As I recall, he fell by accident, somehow grabbing onto her shorts and top. It was hard to tell, but it looked like he got her underwear as well. She hid behind a tree for a short time; the scene cut to something else; and in the next scene she was back in the race - with her shorts and top tied onto her.
Like I said, really cute. But not exactly the way I would have filmed it!
