When you go into a hospital, you can leave your dignity and any modesty at the door. I had a severe neck injury, I was put and a hard collar and told to move as little as possible. Three times a week, the nurses came in, took my gown off, and given a massage on my front, rolled over, then my back. The idea was to prevent atrophy and bed sores. They also bathed me, which I was thankful for.
I really didn't care about being exposed, the massage felt good since I had a lot of other bump and bruises from the fall.
