I agree that most women would want this. Issue is they can't work out who with: they don't want to do it with a friend, or a stranger. I think the practicalities kick in in their head and puts them off.
I have jokingly (but not) suggested we team up with another couple we are close friends with and trust and we husbands give the girls a seeing to one after the other. And the trust thing I think is important so I get the vibe 100% not with unpredictable stragers. But then she thinks about looking her friends (male and female) in the eye the next day and that puts her of the friends idea too!
