I was in a similar scenario some years ago while visiting an old friend. I'd known her daughter Kat since she was 13 and she was now in her early 20's with a kid - still living at home.
The three of us were in the leaving room when her son started pulling on her T-shirt. She asked me if I was ok with her breastfeeding. I said "of course!" (what else was I going to say?). I expected her to do the "usual routine" I had seen other women do: lifting her T-shirt and letting her son suckle from underneath the T-shirt...
She took the T-shirt completely off.
And just continued chatting like no big deal.
I was only able to see her tits from the corner of my eye because of the "maintaining eye contact" thing; but JHC! Not only were they huge; but her stretched out dark areolas seemed to just pop out.
In this case I understood why she felt so comfortable. She knew I was a nudist from the many conversations I had with her Mom about it. She also knew I'd seen her Mom topless. So in her mind me I'd been around so much nudity that I wouldn't care.
She was only partially right. Sure I'd seen a lot of topless/nude women. But I'd never seen HER topless lol!
