You raise a good point. My girlfriend is in her twenties and has an incredible body as an athlete and has no qualms about showing off her bum at the beach. However she is visibly more nervous going topless. I wonder if it’s because they know they “have a nice bum” but breasts are a bit more subjective and personal? She was caught skinny dipping once and covered her breasts with both hands leaving her lower bits and bum totally exposed. It’s an interesting psychology these days in terms of the willingness to expose one but not the other
