I've run into the same thing before — in most cases the album was either removed or the uploader changed its visibility after you bookmarked the link, so those "reasons" listed are just generic text and don't really apply. Try logging out and back in to refresh your session, and also clear your browser cache in case it's holding onto an old permission state. If it's still blocked, note down the album title and contact the support team with it, since they can check whether the album was pulled or made private.
