Wow, this picture triggered a memory.
I knew I had seen an ENF-ish scene in the Flinstones so I went looking for it. From the late 70s Flinstones Comedy Show (also known as Flinstones Frolics), the episode "Fred's Last Resort" where they visit a spa. Fred, covered in mud from a mud bath and running away from something, accidentally barges into a women's steam room. He is eventually taken out by a rather large female coach.
No real nudity, but implied as the ladies cover themselves with towels. Although if you squint hard enough you can probably make out Betty's bare hip behind the towel. Only 5 seconds but I'm including the whole 25 seconds scene for context.
