When my wife and I were dating, she lived in a condo and her neighbor was an old pervert. She was late 20s and he was 60s. As things progressed and I moved in with her. I had a home office job so I was always talking with him. He had a dirty side, cause he’d always tell me jokes and other things. He had a hot tub, which was fenced in in his backyard and he told me if we ever wanted to use it we could. He said it was mandatory not to wear any clothes.
