Context is everything. I have had so many casual conversations with naked women in the showers of my local sauna. Just chatting about the temperature of the water, or sharing shampoo, or whatever. Totally relaxed, not even in an "act normal" way, just completely matter-of-fact. Like of course we're naked, we're in the shower. If you weren't OK with it you wouldn't have come here. And these women aren't nudists either, they're just comfortable being naked in this context.
