I've never seen in, but it looks like it has some great EUF content.
Not to mention an absolutely stunning female lead.
From what I've read;
A group of people are trapped in a bar, that's under quarantine because of a deadly disease.
Anyone who steps out the door gets shot.
Bianca Suarez, has to strip to her underwear, and oil herself up, so she can escape through the sewer line.
At the end, she crawls out of a manhole, on a crowded street, wearing just her (now filthy) underwear.
