I worked at HD about 20 years ago. I never saw any women flashing, but what I did see were all kinds of women who were working on a project at home, then had to quickly run to the hardware store for something.
The gold was on weekends. Every weekend shift I saw at least a dozen nipples...huge arm holes in tank tops, see through tank tops, sporty tops that were too small so their nips were popping out, etc. Loose t shirts and they would bend over, etc.
I remember helping one late-40s mom who was with her whole family in a gray tank top with huge arm holes and her tiny saggy A cups with long dark nips were perfectly on display the entire time when I was helping her. That sort of thing happened all the time, but that one sticks in my memory the most!
Some women would realize what they showed up wearing and try to keep their arms at their sides, etc, but you got to see everything eventually.
