I'm a photographer, but fear I'd loose my job and reputation in the neighborhood if I placed photo's of a client on the web. I don't keep a stash on my computer for fear that someone will hack in and post the photos (I know nobody here does that!) Needless to say I have seen just about everything possible while at work.
