My all time favorite (and it unfortunately has a watermark as well) is the one with the woman using a toy, kind of like a wand but with a round "pronged" head. It's credited as mom or sitter, but off screen she get's walked in on, has a bit of a conversation then finishes herself with a visibly pulsating O.
