I do enjoy these "spicy" first-time nudist stories. But the reality of most "AANR family-oriented" resorts is typically going to be a lot more "vanilla." But that doesn't mean it can't be a lot of fun too.
My wife's first time was pretty much the "run-of-the-mill." She was willing to go but very squeamish about the "whole nudity thing." She told me she might go topless; but to not expect anything more.
And she did go topless within 30 mins or so after checking in and setting up at a picnic table. She did so by simply lowering the bathing suit cover up she was wearing. Another 30 mins or so later she decided she did want to go into the hot-tub; which was in the "nudity-mandatory" pool area. I explained this to her; and she devised a plan. She would wrap herself in a towel, and remove it at the last possible minute as she lowered herself in the hot-tub. And being immersed in the water would allow her to keep her lower body concealed. So we went back to the car, she (covertly) removed her cover-up and wrapped herself in a towel before heading out to the pool area. And it actually worked.
We spent some time in the hot-tub; she got to chatting with some people and getting comfortable being soaking naked. We then decided to return to the picnic area; and my wife wrapped herself in her towel after exiting.
And here's where it got interesting.
Many women take their cues from other women. And all the women in the pool area were naked; tanning and/or socializing. One woman was standing around smoking; and my wife decided to bum a cigarette from her. The woman and her husband started talking to her; and as she did my wife immediately tossed her towel on a nearby empty lounge chair. And my jaw dropped as I watched my wife standing completely naked in front of everyone. I then asked her if she wanted to leave; and my wife replied no before sprawling out on the lounge chair. After a while she then decided to walk around the pool area naked; knowing everyone would see her. Her level of excitement was palpable; and when it came time for us to leave she said she definitely wanted to come back, but this time be naked the entire time. This was a woman who had previously said that there was no way in hell she was going to hang out completely naked around strangers.
Why the 180 switch? I've seen it many times with newbies. Some say it's the "release" from the anxiety of being seen naked. Or an adrenaline rush from doing something considered "risky." Or getting in touch with latent exhibitionist tendencies. Or suddenly feeling "sexy" from the looks of approval from other nudists. It could be some combination. For my wife it was mainly her competitive tendencies (something that would prove true throughout the years). When this woman stood completely naked in front of her, her natural impulse was to match her lack of inhibition. There was a woman nearby lounging with her legs open; which explained my wife sprawling out on the lounge chair with her pussy in full view. If other women were going to walk around naked in full view of everyone else, she was going to match their confidence. And at that point the "thrill" of everyone seeing her completely naked kicked in.
Anyway, that was years ago and we've been nudists ever since. Ans even though she's used to it by now, there are still moments where she gets a kick out of people looking at her naked body.
