Unfortunately, you’re right: they’re either catalog photos or the same old pictures over and over again. She’s probably been selling the same items for years and keeps using the old photos. That’s likely why she’s so reluctant to post new pictures—so the difference doesn’t show.
It’s a shame, but that’s just how it is.
