We just came back from a week on Formentera and that's probably still topless paradise.
Most memorable was a day at Calo des Morts (google for images of the beach). It's a very small beach and we arrived early as our hotel was very close. Great spot in the shade where we could easily spend all day.
First came the the local "older" (35-40) women who went topless without thinking twice about it. But a bit later the instagram-crowd started coming in. Specifically 2 groups of 4 girls, all between 20 and 25.
By the time they arrived, the beach was already pretty full, so they couldn't place their towels together anymore. So they split up a bit.
One of the girls was placing her towel right in front of us, and she had a little nipslip when taking here clothes off. Considering they were Italian (where topless is much less common), I didn't think anything more would happen.
After a while the group of friends went into the water, but the girl in front of me stayed tanning. After a few minutes she decided to remove her top, but the other girls didn't notice. When they came out of the water, it took one of them a while to notice, she shrugged her shoulders and removed her top as well. The 2 others followed shortly after.
In the second group of 4, there was 1 girl who didn't even pack a top. The others all had their bikini already on.
However, when I was in the water, one of them was adjusting her bikini so she wouldn't have tanlines on her shoulders. The bikini kept falling down, and she would constantly flash the entire beach. She didn't seem to mind though (after a while, she just put sunlotion on with here bikini still on, but the both triangles just hanging down and her boobs out). I thought this was very peculiar as why would you not go topless if you don't care about people seeing your boobs. However, this was the queue for the other 2 girls to remove their tops as well. I assume the first one was the "wild one" of the group, and the others first needed to build confidence.
This meant I had 7 young girls and 3 older girls on a beach that maybe fits 40 people. This caused a chain reaction and everyone that entered the beach afterwards, immediatly removed their top. At the end I think about 90-95% of the women were topless or either changed just in public.
