...you're right on track, hadn't paid attention to the background music too much myself before (must have gotten distracted by someone or something, I guess...)...but that's Hootie And The Blowfish singing "Only Want To Be With You" in the background which makes it 1995 or later as far as the video recording year is concerned. Good catch...
