This is part of a very old set of pics. The pics are of 3 girls, who are having fun in some garden. They were taken by a guy who was with them, and who appears in one of the pics.
In one of the pics, the warning on the cigarettes is a bit more visible, and the writing seems to be "Kouření může zabíjí", which means "Smoking can kill" in Czech, and so I think the pics were taken in the Czech Republic.
