I'm certainly enjoying the stories of your experiences. In my case, my wife and I discovered the fun of nude beaches almost by accident after moving to the west coast. We mentioned this to our extended families, who responded with the usual mix of incredulity, shock, and fascination. A few years later, her older sister (mid-40s by that time) and her husband told us that on a recent summer holiday camping on an island, they had found a lovely nude ocean beach and spent a few wonderful afternoons relaxing in the altogether. So the next summer, several little groups of relatives went to the same island, which has a wide range of great recreation. Over the day or two after people arrived there were discussions about who would or wouldn't spend time at the nude beach.... some not at all, others quite enthused, a few declaring that they would go alone or with their partner, but not when other relatives were there. It got sorted out more or less, and a couple days late my wife and I were among a small group of the five most adventurous souls, heading off to this little piece of paradise, including her sister & husband, but also another sister who had never done any nude recreation.

Arriving at the beach, we found that there were maybe a dozen others scattered along the shore. Taking the lead, my wife and I put down a blanket and our things, and stripped down quickly to encourage the others, especially the newbie sister. In no time at all, we were happily frolicking in the warm ocean waves and tanning our pale naked bodies. It was breathtaking to see both of her sisters nude for the first time, and quite liberating for the three women to be swimming and tanning nude with the two men. We all went back a couple more times that week, and again several times in the next few years. Great memories of those experiences - age and distance and the cost of travel make it more difficult now, but we often share our recollections.
