I think what he(or she)means by context is how you happened to sit behind her. And now that we know from what you just said, how you came to know her to the point that you're implying you've seen her more than once at this point.
Just for me, I know low rise jeans are coming back in some way so I think those look to be cotton bikinis of hipsters, though I could be wrong.
