The truth is that men masturbate while thinking about various women that they find attractive, whether that be the friends, colleagues, or celebrities.
While browsing the good old interweb I've had the pleasure of finding naughty pictures of several people that either are friends or colleagues, or just look very like them. I've also found many that look a lot by my wife.
