I've actually found that this is a fake - the original photo without the woman is at
https://www.flickr.com/photos/97737300@N03/28421930854. That photo has been tagged Texas, and has some Texan GPS coordinates associated with it, but those coordinates do not actually correspond to where it was taken.
Reverse image search shows up another image faked using the same photo at
