I used to work at an old office job. Most staff were CS and never saw customers, so dress code was pretty lax and people wore whatever. It was a fun place and lots of us were friends outside of work too.

But for whatever reason, a few different women there had at various times casually dropped that they weren't wearing panties under their skirts. I never actually saw anything at the office, but it was still kind of exciting knowing they were sometimes running around bare.

This mostly happened on breaks when people would hang outside to smoke or just bullshit. The first one I remember was a woman in a long, loose, ankle-length dress that day who chatting with a few of us, and mentioned that she had put on an old pair of underwear that morning where the elastic was really worn, and at some point after a couple of hours they had literally fallen off her hips onto the floor. She just said oh well and threw them away and went the rest of her day without any. Hilariously this was one of our HR people.

Another time it was a second friend of mine and I chatting with the first woman again. The second woman confessed she had straight-up forgot to wear any that day. She had been trying on different clothes and then realized she was late and just rushed off to work with the skirt she had on which was about knee-length. She didn't discover until she got to work and went to the restroom that she had never bothered to put panties on.

The third was our front-desk person and again I was chatting with her and a couple of other people. She was cute with a big alt vibe. Lots of tattoos, etc. She had on a very tight below-the knee pencil skirt on that day that looked painted on and made her ass look incredible. I had obviously noticed already, but another women complimented her skirt and just asked "do you even have underwear on?" She answered "Oh no way. You can see how tight this fits, it would totally ruin the look." Of course after that, I always wondered after if she was going without them on the regular.

The last was a woman I had dated for a while and was still friends with. We still flirted a bit and she wasn't above teasing me. She showed up one day in a pretty short, tight miniskirt. She had a big round ass and after she walked by my desk a few times, I couldn't help but notice it looked especially good.

I texted her "your ass looks amazing today", and she answered "hah, better than normal?" I answered "yeah, I don't know what it is". She answered again "well I didn't wear any underwear today, maybe that's it". in that skirt, it was actually a little bit scandalous and naturally I was ruined for the rest of the day. I dared her to flash me in a meeting we both had later, but she never got the right chance to pull it off. After work we went out for drinks with some other people though, and she did manage to sneak me a quick flash to prove it.
