I rather expect that the best way of exposing yourself to any drivers would be to be travelling in a sports car with the top down.
Then you just have to decide how much you want to show - whether that's driving with the top down, with your top down, or being even more rude by riding nude.
The closest I've ever got to exposing my wife like this was when we were travelling cross country one weekend where we'd been at an event in Birmingham on the Saturday morning and were due in Cambridge at formal dinner that evening.
Time was very tight, so we had to change while we were travelling. That was the first and last time I've had my wife naked in the car as she changed from her casual clothes to her formal wear..
And yes we did pass a number of lorries and vans that could see into the car.......
