For SF at least, pride weekend is a bit of a crapshoot when it comes to female nudity. One thing that will effect it is the weather which is unusually chilly for this time of year. Weather aside the Civic Center fair today would be ideal for public nudity content since its legally allowed and the people attending are very tolerant.
