It's happened to me twice; with a college classmate and with an old co-worker. We were all nude when it happened. There was obviously an element of surprise, of not just running into that person but also seeing them naked (and vice-versa); but then there's a sense that you're now more connected than you thought you were and would ever be.

It happened to me twice as well. We ran into one of the brothers from my fraternity at a different nudist resort and ended up having dinner with him and his girlfriend at a nudist event, and then with the girl mentioned above. Both were positive experiences.
I am now on the membership committee for our camp and that means I give tours to first timers. I would love to see more old friends, although as first timers they may still be apprehensive of the situation.
