I was reading a bad news story last week but it prompted a question in my mind....

This guy (a dick) had been convicted of coercive behaviour towards his ex-wife. He'd done loads of shit, stuff you'll have heard of before: tracking device hidden in her car, tried to control her access to money and, to top it all off, posted some revenge porn (sex tapes) on the internet.

Here's the detail that caught my eye: none of the sex clips he posted featured him. They were clips of her having sex with an ex she'd been with before hooking up with the guy being convicted. I presume she had kept hold of this content after the first relationship had ended and then either shown him or he'd found it.

How common is this? Do many of you have wives/partners/gfs who have kept sex tapes etc from prior relationships and shared them with you?
