Some people are very apprehensive of running into someone they know at a nudist venue; but when you're both naked, you're basically on the same "level." They don't have the "drop on you" any more - or any less - than you have on them.
It's happened to me twice; with a college classmate and with an old co-worker. We were all nude when it happened. There was obviously an element of surprise, of not just running into that person but also seeing them naked (and vice-versa); but then there's a sense that you're now more connected than you thought you were and would ever be.
