Sounds like that dude was battling his own insecurities and projecting them on her. Nothing wrong with her tits and her nipples actually enhance their visual appeal.
It's very difficult to change a woman's opinion about her looks. As a "constant proselytizer" of social nudity, I would be remissed if I didn't encourage a visit to a topless beach, sauna or nudist resort. Because then she'd be able to see other women with various breast sizes being totally comfortable with them being "out." And the confidence tends to rub off.
