I had a similar experience at a resort with a middle aged woman, very large breasted, but most strikingly her nipples must have been about an inch long, and were fully erect the entire day. I had to force myself to look away multiple times. I’ve also seen a woman who had an inverted nipple and I caught her pulling it out a few times during the day. Seems she didn’t like the visual of having it tucked inside.
