Not that it matters a lot, but I can't hear Peanuts in the video, I think you were right from the start, that's a Peynet drawing. Not only that kind of scene is tipycal of his drawings but the two "characters" are his usual "lovers". It wasn't rare at all for him to draw things for brands, events and all kinds of marketing.
