Thanks for the feedback guys, that's how I saw it too. When minor physical reactions like that have happened, I haven't gotten any awkward looks or any indication that people react at all. It's happened a couple of times with female friends that are strictly friends-only, but with zero change in their behaviour towards me, so it's always seemed to be a natural reaction within acceptable limits.
