I looked at their webpages:
The badegaerten is 130 km from Leipzig, and the pools are with modest swimwear only. I wouldn't go there. The K in B is 170 km, just for comparison.
The K in Kloster... is 80 km from Leipzig. Clothing optional swimming before 12:00, and Wednesday and Sunday. I would look at that.
The S@chsentherme I mentioned before is direct in Leipzig.
