I haven't been there, so some general advice: Google "fkk leipzig" and read.

Places called "FKK Club" are brothels. Prostitution is fully legal in Germany and not crime connected as elsewhere. Expect around €100 entrance including some beverages and another €200 for extended "service" by freelancing ladies. Read their web pages for prices. It might show you how crime free prostitution is possible, even if you just pay entrance and look 😀 Pick folks you find sympathetic and if you're not creepy they will help.

Other places are regular saunas, the s@chsen th3rme being the biggest, go there in any case. In summer, the lakes can also be intetesting.

I would go to one place, politely approach others saying you're visiting Leipzig and ask what else to see.
