Unless they're of you or someone you know or are related to, or you took the photos yourself, yes. It is definitely improper to try to sell them
Not only that, that sort of activity is not allowed on OCC. So if you
did decide to go that route here, you wouldn't be able to do it without incurring the wrath of the mods
