You sure about that? I recall that being advertised as coming from the Seattle Solstice Parade at Gas Works Park. She's very clearly got a lot of body paint on her, and there's not usually that level of body paint coming out of WNBR participants. It's sometimes cold during that parade, which would explain the smock she's wearing...
