Sarcasm aside, I find it sad that you likely haven't experienced something similar. As crazy as some of the stories are, my experience has consistently confirmed that truth is often stranger than fiction. Hence the term "You can't make this shit up."
Before giving in to your cynical side, I hope you give the writer the benefit of the doubt.
I have two daughters. A friend of one of my daughters slept over frequently and would often do things when my daughter wasn't looking. Things like push a banana completely into her mouth, or lick an ice cream cone seductively. She would also hint at her lack of underwear and walk around braless in the evenings before they retired to my daughter's room. And she was 18 or 19 at the time. The young lady never blatantly flashed me, but she provided many opportunities for me to see more than I should have seen.
