In Portland there is a bar/club (my guess is I can't name it) that has an event on Wednesdays called "Game Bang". The most popular game is a jenga with two numbers from 1-20 on each side of the jenga piece. The numbers correspond to a dare. Dares range from relatively vanilla like "have someone use you as a piece of human furniture" to "social strip - everyone remove one article of clothing" to "All Hands on Deck" where the person stands in the middle and people touch them wherever (often rules like no going inside orifices, above the belt, or the most common "anywhere by my hair" (those that say that usually just have hair on their head)).
Absolutely amazing that there is a bar open to the public and each week random people show up and play these games with each other. More men than women but it's 60/40 or 2/1 but not the sausagefest you might expect.
My favorite was a club in Verona called Nexus that had a "sexy scrub" where everyone went into the steam room naked and got a handfull of this exfoliating cream in our hands, we then rubbed the cream on our partners naked bodies and then the people around us. My wife, who has never touched another man in our time together, let a man rub the lotion all over her tits and ass while I did the same with the man's wife. When I asked her about it she said "I didn't think it was a sexual thing. I just assumed that's what people do in Italy"
