I agree that filming women naked without them being aware of it, and watching said films as they are circulating the Internet, is gross and totally unacceptable, and definitely should be punished :/

However, the serious charge here is **** R-A-P-E of a sleeping person, not the recording of film. Here, I am more ambivalent.
