At that point we'd been nudists for a couple of years; at a couple of clothing-optional resorts. We found this place online that was still open during shutdown, and we decided to spend the last couple of days of our vacation there.
My wife was still relatively new to nudism and was more comfortable in settings where she could cover up. When we got there she realized everyone else was going to stay naked; which threw her through a loop. After meeting everyone, she reluctantly came to terms with the fact that she was going to have to stay naked too.
By the next day, she was starting to acclimate. I asked the owner about photography, which he said was allowed (as long as everyone was ok with it). So I proposed to my wife we take a pic to commemorate the event. That one pic turned into an entire photoshoot. That was the first time my wife was photographed completely naked. And she really got into it, striking several poses like an actual nude model. With an audience, on top of that.
It actually did wonders for her confidence. She socialized naked and even hung out legs open (also a first time for her). We were there for three days, and she had no problem staying naked the rest of the time. We never went back to clothing-optional venues; as far as my wife was concerned, she no longer had a need or desire for it. She was into being completely naked.
We've taken lots of nudes since; but this being the beginning of it makes that much more special.
(PS. Back then she kept trimmed pubes. She got rid of them a few years back.)
