Only two problems with that being an MRI - Firstly the difference in depth of the image - you see brain of one person and only skin of another. And no - trust me I deal with MRI's enough in my job - thats not positioning. And it isn't a composite.

Second and the big one - Both CT scans and MRI's are cross sectionals. Very cool image though. Actually at one of the hospitals I work at a radiology tech got caught taking X-rays of him and his girlfriend having sex - he forgot to remove them from the digital history of the lab and got caught on the next machine review - talk about getting shafted.
